Easter Sunday–More Than Conquerors:

This year at First Baptist Church, we are celebrating the resurrection of Jesus in a way unlike anything we have ever done before–and you are invited to join us! On Easter Sunday, April 9th, 2023, First Baptist Church will have two Sunday morning services: one at 8:30am and one at 11am. In each of these identical services, we will be presenting the story of Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection with a narrative-driven Easter musical performed by the 36-voice First Baptist Church EXALT! Choir and 27-piece orchestra. From the soaring brass to the tender winds to the rich strings to the powerful voices, the goal of this musical is to bring the Easter story to life in a way that helps us feel the wonder of that first Easter morning. Pastor Michael Garman is preparing an important and encouraging message of hope and new life for all who attend. So invite a friend, ask a neighbor, bring a co-worker–all are welcome! Nursery and preschool care will be provided at both Easter Sunday services.
